Rude overnight Desk employee. No chairs in room, no lotion No utensils in kitchen, briken alarm clock. My worst stay in any extended stay establishment

I had cockroach’s in my room and when I went to front desk it was like a joke. I barely slept due to the uncleanliness of the room. I bought roach spray through UberEats delivery just so I could sleep which I even showed the front desk that I had bought roach spray and it was like not a big deal to them

No room service can change the sheets and towels, people smoking illegall stuff and room is smelling smoke

Trash Trashy and Trashed!!! The customer service was terrible at best!! Tony was a horrible representative!!! I checked in at 3pm the tv didn’t work had no signal!!! Eventually they came and switched the tv out several hours later!! Two heaters in room one blew cold air out on 90 and the other one did work. The toilet stopped up in the morning and we called a hour before check out to let them know about that to come fix before we showered so we would be in maintenance way, which never showed until the time of check out. This hotel unfortunately was not what we were expecting. While I don't mind basic, especially when it's just a super quick stay, it smelled like marijuana from the time we got in the elevator. The hallways smelled, the room smelled, and when air kicked on, it smelled more. It didn't feel super safe and just dingy. Do not recommend at all.
