Rosa at the front desk was not helpful at all, very rude and took over an hour to get checked in because refused to solve IT issues. Got to the room and had sheets missing which she also refused to bring up. Wi-Fi was not working and breakfast was just coffee and snack bars

Very disappointed😡no rooms available went we arrived. But thanks to Expedia for allocated to better place. Expedia’s people are the best😍 excellent communication 👍

Hair in bath tub, stains everywhere, holes in wall, very noisy neighbors all night.

We had roaches in are room and when we asked for it to be sprayed they informed us that they couldn’t because nobody was there. Also didn’t feel that safe there where so many people sitting and just walking around the parking lot all times of day and night. Probably won’t be back!

When you entered the lobby it had a terrible smell. The rooms need major updating, they are old and worn. I only needed 1 night due to a cancelled flight or I would not have stayed

For $280 a night I would have expected better condition of the room. The bed was excellent and clean, but the side light did not work, the sink would not drain, the toilet would not flush, the shower was horrible. Overall very bad upkeep of the property. The continental breakfast was...very continental.

Worst hotel experience ever The room was filthy! The sink ans stove where very very dirty and so was the microwave! Looks like it hadnt been cleaned in months! No exageration! No manager on site! No milk no breakfast either! Would never ever stay again
