We had no idea that the room would be cleaned only once a week. We had to ask for towels, shampoo, and dishes. The desk staff were helpful in giving us directions; however, they were rarely visible so security was not impressive. The room was a good size with a two burner stove that worked and other basic functions that were adequate.

The halls and elevator were dirty. The mattress was awful too! When we were checking out and a man came down and said one night was enough and canceled for the rest of the week.

Dirty. Sheets and towels were lousey. There were smokers in the next room and it was a non-smoking place.
