Did not honor my reservation. Sold out the hotel without regard for a reservation made two weeks before the date. One person working in the entire hotel at 8:00pm
The beds were unclean. I was told that housekeeping is done only once a week which is probably why there were stains on the beds so I requested more clean linen to put on top of the sheets on the bed...hopefully the linen was clean!

Not impressed. The area is not too bad but I have to say, the guy checking me in seemed very occupied with something else and I was very disappointed in the condition of the hotel overall. The rooms are outdated and even though it was clean, I wouldn’t stay there again.

when I booked the room I wasn’t asked if I wanted daily service cleaning and towels of the room. So my room was a mess the whole time I was there and I had to use the same towel the whole time I was there. I’ve never stayed in a hotel we’re cleaning was not done daily. Whether I was charged you’re not in the other hotels it was still done such an inconvenience not to include that automatically. Never been in a Hotel, Motel that didn't have an ice machine nor coffee maker in room. Plus the 1 room we were assigned to smelled like smoke and mildew. So we were moved a to another room which moved us farther away from the other people we were with.

The hotel is in a great location but my room was less than satisfactory. The room had a very moldy smell, the bed was very uncomfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was ridiculously low. It worked for one night but longer than that would not be satisfactory.

No FREE BREAKFAST When you advertise a free breakfast and are offered ONLY is a GRANOLA BAR and coffee I think that is close to false advertisement.

Immediately upon entering the the room, there was a very strong smell of a dog and smoke. I proceeded to go back downstairs and informed the desk clerk. I asked if there were any other rooms available and was told, no, due to a "Kevin Hart" concert. I asked if all check-ins had been done , and was simply told, yes. Under staffed, poor service, dirty, stove didn’t work, poor water pressure, leaky shower, spider crawled on us on the bed, won’t ever stay there again.
