Location very close to airport, that’s the plus side. We did not feel very safe at location, weird vibe. Affluence was not very good. Room had very strong cigarette smell. Paid for two beds but since arrived late (even though called warning about it) was given single bed room. One of us had to sleep on sofa. Will avoid this chain in the future.

Room was not clean and the staff never bothered about the restroom complaint. Had to use restrooms in Walmart and target for our 2 days of stay. Simply the worst hotel I ever stayed.

Room was dirty and the staff was not helpful at all

NOT A SMOKE FREE HOTEL!! After check in, went down hall towards room and encountered very strong cigarette odor. Still evidentnext morning. Room #106 also had cigarette odor I bathroom, especially when vent/light turned on. Also 2 cigarette burns in Formica near kitchen sink.

Carpet in room was sticky. Ran out of coffee by 815am. Pipes leaking in main floor hallway.

The value of the hotel per night is not worth it when you get the lobby, you will see a staff that is not nice a carpet dirty and papers on it. In your room you will see the lid of the toilet burned by cigarette and the carpet dirty, the dirty sheets. Also the breakfast that is included was a table with only two poor options, they do not have tables to have your breakfast, your have to take it and go to your room or take it in your car...... I feel that they scammed me, I feel like i paid to much for that hotel, it should be... read more

The hotel, every inch of it is filthy and disgusting. The smell is like nothing else. There was actually feces in the stairwell.

Not worth the money One of the worst hotels we ever stayed in. If you are looking for a really crummy hotel, you found it. Not nice and not clean at all. Kontinental breakfast: coffee, half frozen muffin, canola bar and instant oatmeal. Hair all over the room, and it was not ours
