I needed ice no ice machine had to fill ice trays and Wait for water to freeze,Hotel staff was great,I would stay there again if I had to

Good location The hotel was close to the airport, shopping areas, restaurants and local activities. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the area.

Hotel was close to areas Had some issue with bathroom equipment. Got switch to different room right away. Other than that everything else was good

Tampa is Located in a Warm Climate Our stay was pleasant enough. Although the hotel had a kitchenette, I was surprised there wasn't any ice machines available for guests. You come off the road and cannot enjoy a cold drink of iced water, iced tea or anything iced for that matter. Waiting until the water in the ice trays freezes up should not be your only option after checking into a hotel. Everything else seem to be up to speed, this feedback is to assist the very new hotel in improving guest experience.

The first room they put us in smelled of stale cigarette smoke but Rose the over night staff manager put s in a new room right away. Rose was awesome and helpful throughout our whole stay.

great visit with family was extended a warm welcome, by the clerk, who went out of her way to make sure we were happy and ok,a very pretty lady with a great smile....
