The lady at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. The area is great! This hotel is across the street from the mall and is close to all the things/places we needed to be comfortable. Some construction is going on next door, but that was no issue. The room was nice, spacious and clean. Everything went smoothly until near the end of our stay. There was an issue with the plumbing on Saturday night, where the toilet would not flush and I was informed that there were no other available rooms, there was no maintenance personnel ... read more

Great check in. Whoever the girl was a check us in was great. I ask her where the ice machine was and she apologized and said they didn't have one. But she went in the freezer and gave me her bag of ice that she had.

There was a used condom underneath the ac unit and trash underneath the bed. Focus on housekeeping.

The only negative. The average per night $85 no complementary breakfast just fruit, coffee, and granola bar.

Really close to Raymond James and Ybor city. $10 Uber ride.. would have liked a hot breakfast, but great stay for the night and price..
