Definitely mislead Hotel was very outdated, carpet in hallways was filthy, no cups or dishes were provided even though a kitchen was in-room, website must be from years ago.

This hotel was very clean. Security was great. It's next door to a regular Extended Stay America which is just the opposite the Extended Stay America Suites.

Breakfast wasn’t what I was used to. It was just coffee oatmeal and granola bars
The hotel was clean, the front desk was efficient and polite. A pleasant stay.

This property in its current state is good for a minimal stay definitely not an extended one. Good location. Close to university mall, usf, and dining options. Detail cleaning is an opportunity, bed, linens, and bathroom linens were all clean and acceptable but the wear and tear on some items in the room such as furniture and appliances gave the room a used or dirty feel. Overall a good stay for one night
