The TV remote in room 109 needs to be replaced. They tried twice to fix it and still not working. Everything else was fine.
Great Very nice staff easy in and out
Clean rooms, towels, kitchen area all clean. But hallway rugs need to be cleaned or replaced. They have oatmeal, muffins or protein bars for breakfast. Stay not very friendly but convenient location to Busch Gardens, USF, etc.
I like the fact that ot has stove fridge and microwave included
Ok for overnight Room was OK. If your going to stay overnight and thats it, its worth it. Unfortunately for me and my wife this hotel is pet friendly. Great for pet lovers but not so for people who have bad allergies to animals and want to sleep at night. Unfortunately had dogs barking all night in rooms around us and owners wouldnt keep them quiet. Oh well live and learn. Wont stay here again.
The non smoking room smelled like smoke, the chairs were literally ripped, the fridge was rusted and the sink didn’t drain. On a positive note, the staff at the front desk was very pleasant.
I was there for 2 nights and at first once I walked in everything looked good, but then you see the black mold in the bathroom which messed with my allergies. The hinge to the bathroom was broken and it looked like it was about to snap off. The bathroom wasn’t all that cleaned. The shower area still had a bunch of hair around it. The location of the hotel is nice because it is close to USF so there restaurants and shops to go too.
