room has a roach infestation. front desk personnel were not able to relocate me to another room or facility. I have to leave the hotel and find another place to stay.

I usually do not write reviews but I HAVE to say something! Upon the initial walk in of the room, I was greeted by an EXTREMELY filthy refrigerator. It was very stained and rusted to which I am surprised they even allowed guest to stay in the room. It should absolutely be switched out. I wouldn’t even dare to open it because who knows what’s inside. The shower had mold all around the base. The floors were sticky. I am so glad that I was only here for one night. Sevice was good but room was nasty and smelled horrible.Never again will I stay here.

Blinds didn’t shut all the way. Very uncomfortable. Bathroom glass door would not shut and had to be held manually. Lots of small inconvenient issues.
