I will never book a hotel through you again. The staff was OK. The hall carpets were more stains than carpet. Entering my room I found a pill lying on the bathroom floor and a peanut lying on the shelf next to the TV set. An effort had been made to upgrade the room with the usual plastic inserts. Horrible! They canceled my reservation! Charged me 3x the amount to stay! Bugs in the fridge. Cockroaches on the bed. Fridge didn’t work. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Sheets were stained and when asked for replacements they said there was none.

We were denied ability to check in while they took our money and told us that wasn’t their problem. Terrible customer service. Stay away!

Our room smelled like mold and humidity. Our room was moist and sticky. Found 2 roaches in our room. Lamp was really stained with i dont even know what. Carpets in the hallway disgusting and stained.
