The place smelt so bad that I almost passed out. The floors, the room, everything was just dirty and nasty. Even the front desk person made me wait for about 15 minutes before checking me in and on top of that they charge $100 incidental. My boyfriend got sick from whatever the smell was. They’re lucky I didn’t sue them. How could anyone stay there?

Stay away from this place Rooms are non- smoking but still smell terrible! The carpet is dirty with old stains and smelly. We asked to be changed and they lied that they were all booked. The front desk did come up and spray and he even said it smelled terrible and commented housekeeping should have sprayed. We paid $150 and had the worst experience!

Worst hotel ever They did not let us stay They said it was canceled but we didn’t They took our money and no refund That is theft I will highly recommend never to use that hotel or hotels.com because neither of them would refund my money When they cancelled me and didn’t let me in

Smells disgusting in the building carpets give off nasty smell and look filthy and they advertise breakfast and never had any breakfast at all.

I have never been offered a room like this ever. A sewer gas smell, very old and used equipment in need an extreme attention, refrigerator is covered in unknown layers of uncleaned surfaces. Not fit for my intent to rent as a room.

I was extremely disappointed, and frankly disgusted, in the condition of the room and the hotel building. I did not have high expectations, but the conditions endured were terrible... dirty floors and walls all throughout the building, thin walls that made noisy guests nearly impossible to block out, incredibly worn amenities (furniture, counters, refrigerator, etc.), and the terrible, distinct odor of cigarette smoke in the room and throughout the hotel.
