There was no breakfast as advertised. There was coffee but no cups. It is all disappointment.

Upon entering the elevator, after check in, we noticed an off put smell but nothing horrendous. We arrived at the fourth floor. Stepping off the elevator and headed through the hallway, we noticed the floors were horribly stained and definitely not vacuumed recently. We opened our room to find the floors dirty, soap scum on the shower doors and shower handles, the lamp shade was horribly stained, the room phone did not work at all, and the side table barely hanging on the wall. Do go there!! The room were marginally clean. The common areas were not. Smelly, dirty and noticeable wear and tear.

Never Been so Disappointed in a Place. Extremely disappointed in the quality of the room and service. Booked a room for two people but the room was missing a chair. The room did not look like the picture at all. There was a hole in the bathroom door, the fridge looked worn down, and the wall paint was chipping off. When I raised some concern the front desk personnel did not seem to care. Didn’t even bother staying. Went and booked at another place.

Friendly staff The staff was friendly and responsive. I wanted to see if they had early check in . I had been calling for about 2 hours. Once we arrived come to find out a guest was using he phone so they were unable to get any calls. We came back at 3 . I absolutely wish there was a zero-star rating option because this was the worst run-down hotel I've ever encountered, and it was outrageously overpriced. I have documented the filth and poor conditions of both the room and hallways with photos. With limited options for USF graduation, we should have chosen to sleep in our car instead. Charging $150 for a room in a hotel that should be condemned is entirely unacceptable.
