Disapointed Terrible beds, hard and small. road noise outside easy to hear and was not able to rest. add says BREAKFAST INCLUDED and all it was available was granola bar!!

The location was good. The cleanliness was fair. The blanket had burn wholes on it. And the room smelled of cigarette smoke smell. Amd the lobby smelled of marijauna smell. There was a husband and wife fighting in the hallway.

Extended Stay Temecula The worst experience I’ve ever had. When checking in I had to witness a staff mtg of displeased employees then 1 room ready the other I️ did not get till after 6pm it smelled bad the AC did not work and they had dog prints on door. Disgusting No one around to complain to. Though they offered room for free i will tell family and friends how horrible it was. You need to visit that place it’s a dive! Shame b cuz we wine taste a lot.

The only reason we are giving this place two stars is for the staff at the front desk. They were really nice and very respectful. As well as being great about my Emotional Support Dog. Now the hotel, it smells like cigarettes even in the “nonsmoking” rooms. It also smells of marijuana all the time. I know it’s legal in California, but it shouldn’t be in a hotel. Maid service comes once a week. We didn’t have a trash can when we showed up. We asked for one twice in one day and still didn’t get it. Then it become unsanitary du... read more

Disappointing experience The room seemed a little old and outdated. Worse than that was the smell. It smelled like moldy bread. I believe the air conditioning filter needs to be replaced which created the odor. We notified the front desk staff upon arrival, and borrowed air freshener to help with the odor. At check out, we suggested that the air conditioning filter be replaced as soon as possible. The continental breakfast had very little options.

absolutely disgusting my stay was horrible I would not recommend this to anybody I don't think the room is worth what you pay and that's even just what you paid during the week I'm not even talking about the weekends during the week it's about 80 to 90 bucks and then on the weekend at skyrockets to around 150 an above and that is absolutely ridiculous the rooms are disgusting everytime I go there I always have an issue with the rooms and their manager is not helpful in trying to make things right. Run down and smelly The place is a little run down, the smelll in the room was awful. It smelled like a birdcage! I had to request some air freshener. I made a suggestion about not letting pets in rooms with carpet, but they really didn't seem to care.
