The kitchen was dated and in need of repair. The bathtub drained slowly and hot water was intermittent. There was a lot of loud noise from stair doors being slammed at 2 in the morning

Too expensive The hotel is easy to get to. It looked like it was recently updated. There is no ice machine. There "breakfast" is a joke. It is was extremely over priced for the accommodations.

Long wait 30 minutes to check in and they even had me checked in even though I hadn't even been to the hotel

You don't necessarily get what you're promised Requested Queen Room with pullout couch. Was told we would have one. Checked in...no couch. No face towels in the bathroom. Had to go downstairs to get them. Grab and go breakfast meant weak coffee, muffins and granola bars. No fruit, yogurt, or juice. Water temperature was also only on the warm side. I prefer a hot shower. Will NOT ever stay here AGAIN!!!

Dont book this hotel. The hotel was terrible. Never again. That was a big mistake picking that hotel. They need to replace the following: Towels - We feel like we are using a gym towel. It does not smell clean. It feels like it's dirty. Bed Sheets- all wrinkled. Pillows- lumpy Guest room: noisy. We turns off the bathroom fan, a/c but we don't know where the noise was coming from. Smoked out Well I requested a non smoking room and was put in the smoking section of the hotel with my wife and 14 month old son. Not good. Won't be booking through hotels.com again.

The room was so smoky that our allergies were triggered. We had no idea that hotels.com booked us into a smoking room. We couldn't sleep all night due to the smell and our allergy symptoms.
