Good service, but filthy. The room smelled like an actual ash tray. It was terrible, and I'm a smoker so it has to be bad to bother me. Finally at about 4 am I was used enough to the stench to sleep. My blankets had hair stuck to them, hair that wasn't mine. The staff however was great, but it doesn't make up for the stench of the room and filth of the bedding. This place is Nasty ! Homeless street people inside and out. Two tweeters sitting in the lobby. Thugs also in parking lot. Terrible smell in hallways and rooms. Floors and walls dirty this hotel looks like it has been rode hard and put away dirty. Kitchen old. Didn't trust the linens, looked ancient. I left, no way I'm staying. I later found out by a local if the area that the city of Temecula provides vouchers to homeless to the stay the night in a horse rooms. That's a great program for the city to undertake, but I have a ... read more

NO! LEAVE! NEVER AGAIN! This place allows the homeless to stay in their hotel rooms. It's known locally as the place for shelter. I was so embarrassed putting my clients in this hotel.

In checking into the hotel, the first thing I noticed was the dust bunnies on the floor of the room. One of the lights did not work that was located next to the bed. This did not sit well as I wanted to read before going to bed. I had brought back a few things to be refrigerated and did not realize the refrigerator did not work. I had to throw away the items and go get fresh items. As far as comfort, the bed was definitely not comfortable for me. It felt like I was laying on the springs of the bed. I would not recommend this... read more
