Walls and floors need better insulation, you can hear everyone walking on the floor above you every door open and shut. Other than that excellent place to stay!
Clean rooms!!great customer service. Close to restaurants, shops,and fwys.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Desirae. She went out of her way to help us, particularly my husband, who is disabled. I did think the place could have been a little cleaner, and did not like the fact that the place was locked when we arrived late on Christmas Eve. But once we got inside, Desirae's excellent customer service made up for it.
Smells It smells . The hallways smell like lunch meat. The employees were nice and helpful but the place was gross.
