The property is dirty and the staffs are rude. Fill unsafe with people smoking in the elevator and others fixing their car in the parking lot. Extended stay it is not longer what it used to be. No ice maker No breakfast as they claimed online No micowave. I wilm not recommend this hotel.

I booked 2 double beds and was given 1 king for 3 adults. We had to change properties because they could not honor my initial booking.

Upon check in door key didnt work 2 times. Front desk agent hiding in back room all the time have to wait her to come to desk. No name badge worn and started arguing with me that i throw the room key towards her, eventhough she wasn't in the front desk. No single USB charging port in the room.

Paid for smoke free room, given room smelling like stale cigarette smoke, linen included

Called 3 times during the early afternoon to ask a question about check-in and nobody answered. Then it took 20 minutes to check in once i arrived at the hotel.

The earlly am front desk clerk is very rude and nasty, she also refrenced me as the colored gurl.
