Got there no one in the front desk. Was pointed to a hallway where room is. There’s a dog in the hotel. The bed was too small for 2 person I booked for 2 person. There was no utensils and plates to use the stove or microwave. The breakfast is not hot. Upon checking out. Was told she can’t give me receipts. Hallways are dark and the doors doesn’t latched unless u have to pull it hard. The lock inside if pushing the door it does not stop the door from opening. The outside door the keys does not work.

I'd Pass I pulled the corners of the sheets back to look for bed bugs and the mattress pad had stains and multiple short hairs on it. On both beds it looked like the pads were really in need of washing. It was late and we had traveled all day so I decided not to ask for another room but I did take a picture and send it to the woman at the front desk who said she'd send it to the manager. Tiny bathroom with no vent fan. We have never stayed in a motel that had no chair in the room. No carpet in the room. Would never stay here again.

The property is dirty and the staffs are rude. Fill unsafe with people smoking in the elevator and others fixing their car in the parking lot. Extended stay it is not longer what it used to be. No ice maker No breakfast as they claimed online No micowave. I wilm not recommend this hotel.

I booked 2 double beds and was given 1 king for 3 adults. We had to change properties because they could not honor my initial booking.
