Upon check in door key didnt work 2 times. Front desk agent hiding in back room all the time have to wait her to come to desk. No name badge worn and started arguing with me that i throw the room key towards her, eventhough she wasn't in the front desk. No single USB charging port in the room.

Called 3 times during the early afternoon to ask a question about check-in and nobody answered. Then it took 20 minutes to check in once i arrived at the hotel.

Disgusting Bio Hazard The dirtiest, most disgusting hotel experience of my life. The room they initially gave me wasn't vacuumed, didn't have running water in the bathroom, fresh looking blood stains on the carpet, remote was found wedged in a chair with a used bandaid on it. The worst hotel I've ever experienced. Truly disgusting.

The 3 days that my mom was there they did not clean the room the rugs were dirty a confirmation said two queen size beds there was two full size beds everything in there was old not even up to date very disappointed
