Carpet was smoke filled and hardwood floor had not been mopped. Laundry room's activities at night shook the bed. No amenities such as pool, weight room, etc.

Where do I begin with this?? The bathroom smelled like urine, thin mildew smelling towels. The kitchen had not 1 dish or utensil to use. Not that I would of but I thought that's what extended stays provided. I was in the first floor that distinctly stated "NO SMOKING" which was far from the truth. Free breakfast consisted of coffee and oatmeal in a bag. The worst part was the clientele at this hotel. No pool no real breakfast you had to pay for housekeeping

Disappointed experience Disappointed that it was a non-smoking facility but every time we walked in that is all you can smell. The rooms were ok for a couple night stay but will not go back.

Interrupted Sleep We were just staying 1 night. We got woken up 30-45 minutes before check out time. They were knocking on the door and because we were in a deep sleep because we just traveled 1,100 miles, we did not hear them. They opened our door and told us it was time to leave. What happened to calling to the room? Very rude.

Felt unsafe and it was not very clean. There was a vehicle outside and someone in the vehicle was bothering a friend of mine that dropped some food off to me
