EXPEDIA GOOD!..EXTENDED STAY..HORRIBLE! NO MANAGEMENT WAS THERE IN THE FRONT DEST. THE FRONT OFFICE LADY, WAS THE LAUNDRY LADY. SHE COULD NOT GET INTO THE COMPUTER SYSTEM TO CHECK PEOPLE IN, OR TO ISSUE OUT KEYS, OR TO EVEN SEE WHICH ROOM YOU PAID FOR!. SHE LET PEOPLE INTO ROOMS BY THE MASTER KEY, NOT KNOWING IF THAT WAS THEIR ROOM THEY PAID FOR OR NOT. SHE WOULD CALL THE MANAGERS OR OTHER PEOPLE TO COME IN AND HELP HER, NOBODY DID. Great Location but has turned into a "for rent" type of place The place was incredibly dirty, noisy and from looking at who now stayed there, people were just using the hotel for cheap rent. Renting for months/years at a time. I loved that place when I have stayed there before but WOW, it turned into a dump. I had to ask for toilet paper, blanket and hangers from the staff (amazing that they were not provided).
Close to St. Joseph's Hospital inTucson When I opened the door, there was an empty shaving cream can sitting in the middle of the floor. There was also a stain of some sort on the curtain. Couldn't tell if it was mud blood or lipstick. From across the room, it did look like someone had blotted their lips on the corner of the curtain. The non- smoking room smelled like old smoke and there was a cigarette burn in the comforter.

Linen did not look or smelled like it was laundered. I've stayed at an extended stay before, and never had this problem. I did not feel comfortable walking barefoot in the room, and definitely not comfortable sleeping on the bed. That was the last room left, apparently, that night, so they could not offer another room. We did not stay in that room for more than 30 mins!

Very noisy and old and dirty but expensive Hotel totally needs upgrade its facilities. I paid as much as a chain hotel. Guest need to clean their own room or $10 extra per day. The commodity of kitchen was`not worth staying. Noisy guest and hotel would not do anything about it. I was not able to sleep the whole week. Worst experience ever! I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Staff very friendly but limited to take action with other guest. Complementary breakfast very poor.

STAY AWAY FROM- BROKEN TOILET, RUDE STAFF & COMPLE We arrived at 5:20 pm, (room 202) used the toilet, first 2 times sounded like it was going to go through the wall, 3rd time didn't flush at all ~ I called the office & told them, she said she would put a work order & maintenance fix it. Tucson getaway to close to the road, veh noises all night. must be a transient hotel, folks doing body work on their cars in the lot.
In and out Ok for the price. Walls and doors were dirty. No breakfast.

Not the quality expected from Extended stay americ The quality of this extended stay america doesn't live up to the brand of the hotel. The room cleanliness is not up to the mark. The toilet commode was horrible. Initially i was given a room which was in a very bad condition, and when i complained at the front desk,they gave me another room which was also bad(but better than the previous one.) Since i had paid in advance, i had to stay here. Not value for money.
