It’s not good to stay

Hotel Staff are rude and not friendly. Do not value their customers. Complimentary breakfast is an old muffin that nobody likes but keeps on putting back at the breakfast table and nobody want to take. Also, bathrooms have cockroaches walking on the floor.

Not worth it Its never towels in the morning they always tell me i have to wait until 1'O Clock to come back to get towels. thats half on the day that they want us to wait and we have to go to work in the morning, its never sheets to make to beds and it cost $147 dollars everyday and the whole summer the pool has been closed after the State opened back up

Awful check in Check in took 1.5 hrs. The lady at the desk told us that half of our booking wasn't in their system. There's no way that made sense. We booked 2 rooms on the same reservation and only one was on record. The receptionist first said that only one room was booked, then changed it to we had the name wrong and said we needed to book another room. We showed her the confirmation emails and she didn't care. I asked her to check to see if our reservation was given to someone else and she said no. She was not happy when... read more

Poor maintenance in this sparse hotel The antiquated refrigerator was broken, and roaring like a classic hotrod every time the compressor came on. The front desk sounded as though they were already aware of the problem, yet they rented out the room. When we complained they offered either a room with a small bed (from King down to Double), or allowing us to unplug it so we could sleep (which we did). Stinks Customer service was good but going thru hallway smell awful, stinks. The was okay bed was not comfortable, this hotel should be no smoking but smell cigarette smoke in rooms and in Hallway. I won’t stay here in future.

Awful location. Do not stay here. Linen wasn't clean and transients located around the property.

Don't come heir Roaches have been coming in my room from under the front door and it smells like garbage in the hallways. Most of the staff are rude to the customers that comes to the front desk. Its never towles to wash our bodies or bags to clean. The manager cut off the water last week and didn't tell the guest or staff that the water would be off for 3 hours and we could not take showers. I wouldn't tell anyone to come heir to pay $135 dollars a night No.
