I like how easy the service was. The room was also clean and has all the necceseties you need. Full kitchen with stove, dishwasher, microwave, and full fridge. What i didnt like is how filty the elevator floor is and the stench on the carpet floor in the hallway.

Diamond in the ROUGH The space of the hotel room was great for me and my family. We were excited to have a kitchen, which is needed if you are staying all week. Unfortunately, the oven would not close and the stove knobs were not clean. The kitchen blinds had brown stains on them. The couch was definitely worn. There were cobwebs in every room, which makes me nervous because if yall claim to be doing a deep cleaning and the rooms have cobwebs, that speaks volumes. The staff was excellent though. The room setup was amazing. On the other hand I had to pay to wash my own towels because they never had any ready.

We appreciated the fact that the hotel was pet friendly, allowing us to bring our dog with us as we travelled. We were somewhat disappointed in the cleanliness of the room = the floor was dirty & we found a LARGE cockroach in the kitchen area! If there is one, there are hundreds. UGH! I informed the front desk and hope the facility will be treated.

Disappointed The room and hotel were average. For being an extended stay hotel we were VERY disappointed that there was nothing but very basic kitchen items. We were there for 4 days. There was a coffee pot, on request, but would have to go back out buy filters and coffee ( and cream and sugar if you need that) in order to make coffee the first morning. Even cheap hotels have at least one day of coffee supplies. I will be very careful and ask a lot of questions before booking again.
