Wonderful and great place to stay, especially when you have family. The kitchenette was a PLUS, staff was wonderful also. Will definitely be back.

roach problem Everything was great except the room. I found a few roaches, thats it.

The check-in process was really easy, and they actually asked me what floor I preferred (at other hotels, I almost always have to ask for a ground floor room). They also took pet-friendly to the next level, in my opinion. There were dog treats in a jar on the counter, no one at the desk seemed at all surprised when I said I was traveling with a pet, and there were plenty of green spaces around the complex to walk the dog. The on-site laundry room was another great amenity.

DO NOT STAY HERE! You will regret it. The staff, especially Jabrir, were rude and extremely disinterested in providing excellent customer service. The general manager was evasive when asked specific questions about daily rates. Michael, the night shift person at the front desk, was the exception. He was polite, pleasant and helpful. He even SMILED. There were cigarette butts all over the parking lot and even in the mulch right outside the entrance door and the windows to my room which was on the ground floor.
