Poorly maintained. Water damaged drywall in bathroom. Door ajar on oven. Filthy, wrinkled drapes. Gauges in closet door and walls. Food grime on microwave. No towels. Foam exposed in couch arms.

The bathroom and the floor are dirty. It is necessary that when you are given the key it is all clean, but it was not like that. I booked for three nights and on the other days I handed in my key.

The property was dirty. Saw a roach in my room The halls were dirty, if you’re ever in Virginia Beach please do not go to this hotel

Asked for linen to out on sofa bed. Did not receive a blanket. Check in was delayed by 30 minutes after waiting 20 minutes until 3pm. Free breakfast was small packaged muffins. Coffee was almost empty.

Not very clean The layout of the room was great as it was two bedrooms with a galley kitchen. However, it appears that they didn’t clean past the bathroom and the kitchen. The beds were made, but they were missing mattress protectors, and missing a bunch of pillowcases. Additionally, while we were eating, we noticed some cockroaches and when we went to chase the cockroaches to kill them.
