That they are falsified what they offer, they also fail to inform you about the hundred dollar deposit that takes 7 to 10 days to get back. We even cleaned our room but probably won't get our deposit back anyway.

They came up with so many more added charges that were not posted, required $100 deposit when you checked in added charges for a my dog that were not posted. The worst experience in my life, will never stay with another extended stay property
The pictures are a lie, the location is beyond scary, it felt like I was back in the projects in NYC. I rented a room for a night checked in and upon going to the room I changed my mind and immediately left and went to another hotel.

Dirty tampon in lamp shade, car airfreshner hanging on light. Soaking wet carpet, old food on walls, piles of dirt in corners of bathroom
THIS WAS THE WORST “hotel” IVE EVER BEEN TO ITS INFESTED WITH ROACHES!!! THE HALLWAY SMELLS LIKE CAT PISS!!! THERE WERE BUMS LITERALLY TAKING A CRAP OUTSIDE!!! THE STAFF WAS RUDE!!! A NIGHTMARE TRUTHFULLY
