Not Happy Ok first I talk to someone on the phone and I ask if the room had a sofa bed , I was traveling with 3 grandchildren and they can sleep there, I keep asking he said yes we're no sofa bed , next I ask for a queen side bed were they gave us a full size bed or a very small queen , next breadfast was a grab and go, nothing hot to eat just muffins and some fruit. great location, did not feel comfortable or safe No housekeeping services when staying two nights. Extremely loud talking and commotion in the hallways at night. Just felt creepy

Extended Stays America in Virginia beach This was the worst extended stay that I have stayed. I will think twice but previously had good experience with extended stay. This one was really bad. The kitchen was small and no dishes or utensils. The beds were old with dirty sheets. The AC blows air directly into the bed and the other side of the room was hot. It's just sad... Well first I should say that the woman at the front desk was very nice but not so helpful. There was dirty furniture, dirty bed skirt, trash under the bed, stains on the wall, the window screen was ripped out, iron was broken and the ironing board was FILTHY, the bible was ripped up, the room smelled of mildue and wet dog but to top it off there was a HUGE bullet just laying in the closet. Disgusting hotel I asked for a non smoking room because both myself and my son are allergic to cigarette smoke and the linens smelled of cigarettes..I payed for a suite with a kitchen I was told it was equipped with cooking utensils when we got to the room there was non not only that but the stove countertops and sink were stained with food. Fair. The location was perfect for my trip. Close to Town Center where you can find lots of restaurants. Internet worked well. Room was average size but very old, needs updating. The room was clean for a hotel in this price range. The room had a small kitchenette but no coffee maker in the room. The breakfast was very basic. The staff was friendly and helpful.
