Questionable... The room was newly redecorated and clean. That being said, there was no maid service the second day. Outside walkways were dirty, needing sweeping and washing. A trash can on the first floor was not emptied and stank profusely. Most of the light bulbs on the first floor walkway were out and did not provide for a safe walk to the room.

You got what you paid Service was not that good. Doesnt have room service everyday. And the complementary breakfast was no good.

It was extremely awful! The front desk was not friendly at all when asking questions. In the lobby there was even no table for visitor's map or guide, which was completely different from other hotels at Virginia Beach. To make matters worse, for my two night stay no one came to my room for cleaning at all! Further, two outlets at the desk went wrong but no one came and fixed them. Too bad experience, I would never recommend cuz it was the worst hotel i ever stayed at VB.

Nightmare!! Dirty panties found between the sheets. Noisy waterpipes that make noise at all times of the day and night. Overused room. TV reception was bad. Unacceptable accommodations for even a prisoner. I am not done complaining about this hotel!!!! Expedia needs to do a more thorough job of working with and booking hotels. Thanks for ruining my stay in Virginia Beach!

No way it was worth anywhere near $200! the check in person wasn't sure how to check us in and asked if we were from Expedia. The air conditioner was ineffective. The toilet seat was fastened securely to the toilet.

Not a nice place to stay. Unfortunately I was forced to book this hotel at the last minute and I truly wish I had not done that. The staff was extremely professional and there were no issues. We only stayed one night at this hotel and I am glad we did not. The hotel had a kitchenette and a small table with two chairs on at it. We did not use anything in the room except the bed, because there was a smell. Did not like the hotel was not close to the beach It was not close to the beach it had no swimming pool and the room had a mildew smell to it

NASTY DIRTY HOTEL UNSAT. cobwebs on lights, carpet nasty with multiple dead flies, chairs stained, urine on toilet and floor, stains on carpet, linen not changed and had funky smell, room smelled of wet dog and smoke. Front lobby poor breakfast snack options, front desk could not change rooms due to change of number of people, asked for a roll out bed said they don't have those at this hotel. Stay far away from this place
