Teribble very dirty hotel close to downtown This hotel is in terrible condition. Chipped paint, rust and dust are all over corridor and staricase. Our room carpet had big stains all over the place, so we never walked barefeet. Also, we noticed dog food all over our carpet when we checked in. This property allows dogs of all sizes and it does not like they clean after them. Also, our bathroom sink did not drain so we were forced to use kitchn sink. Rooms need to be remodeled It was disgusting. I read the reviews, so I didn't expect much...but I didn't expect this. The ceiling was falling down in the bathtub. The room was old and in need of an update. They need to work on cleanliness.. On the plus side, the staff was very courteous and helpful. Needless to say, I will not be staying at an Extended Stay anytime soon!

Not recommended The exterior is well maintained. The rooms need an overhaul. The freezer apparatus is significantly rusted. A dirty washcloth that I assume was used for cleaning was left on one of the beds. I had to play with the light switch to get the bathroom light to come on. The desk lamp was missing the lighting element; the lamp was unplugged so I assume the staff knew about it. With a cost of over $130/night, I would expect better conditions & maintenance.

not so happy Served its purpose. No cleaning of room, no fresh towels, restocking of coffee, no daily service. Had to go to office for towels and coffee. Was in back of hotel on 3rd floor. Steps and walkway needed power washer badly. Didn't feel safe in parking lot. Great location for Town Center in Virginia Beach. Would not use again. Hotel needs up dating.

Needs renovation The stay was terrible. I paid for a non-smoking room, but the room still smelled like smoke. The walls are dingy, there were no pots or pans for use in the kitchenette. The chairs were old and had caked crud on the cushions. The tables were weathered and had water stains on them. I was afraid to walk barefoot or take a shower without shower shoes on. The door's paint was wearing off and the AC unit was so loud I had to turn it off to get any sleep. Thank God I only stayed here two nights.

DISGUSTING!!! If I could rate this with zero stars I would! Our room was absolutely disgusting! We walked in and there was a large stain right by the bed. The water in the bathroom would not drain and the toilet kept running all night. The worst part was the SMELL! We had to go purchase febreeze and air fresheners just to survive the night. Will NEVER come back and NEVER recommend it. The amount of money we paid was a total ripoff! AWFUL experience!

clean and comfortable this motel needs some refreshing and updating, but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. If you just need a place to sleep it's not bad for the money.
