Not clean This hotel needs to spend more time and attention to cleaning and maintenance. Hotel exterior, sidewalks were littered with leaves. These were not new dropping but were piling in the corridors and corners of walk ups . The room was in very bad need of a steam cleaning. The rug was badly soiled and the chair arms were filthy. Not what I expected - in a bad way We rented two rooms and expected a nice room based on previous stays at exteneded stays. The rooms were old and small, one of the rooms had no coffee pot and no plates, pots or silverware.Very expensive for what we got. Will not stay here again.

not that great This hotel was quite dirty and had a poor smell in the room. Cleanliness was the biggest problem.

Will look elsewhere next time...... The room had an odor, smoke or mold or both.... a chair was badly stained, the toaster only toasted one side of both pieces of bread, other guests[?] made loud noise @ midnight, finally abated twenty minutes after calling front desk.When making this reservation three months ago I requested a first floor room, as I have a disability. When I called the hotel several days before my stay to confirm my request for the first floor room, I was told that it was not possible to know until I checked... read more

Fine for a cheap place at beach Only stayed one night so it was fine since I was trying to stay somewhere as cheap as possible at the beach in summer. The only strange thing was, you could tell some people were living there since it is an Extended Stay. I also could smell weed when passing by some rooms. Other than that it was your typical cheap hotel. Full fridge was good to have, and rooms also include a full kitchen. The grab and go breakfast was not for the health conscious.

Equal parts smelly and scary Initial impression was that the hotel was seedy and unsafe. The lady at the front desk told us that she couldn't check us in as she was doing her night audit, and asked us to leave and return in 45 minutes. This was at 10:15 PM. A sign at the door read 'Office closes at 11:00'. Eventually we checked in. Furnishings in the room were worn, scratched, threadbare. They use the same vacuum for all the rooms The room that we were in must of had a pet in it cause my daughters could not sleep all nite kept coughing and rubbing her eyes. If they use the same vacuum to clean all the rooms even if it does not have any pets. They did not have decaf coffee had to go out to get coffee. They need to put new rugs in every room the room we had a lot of spots all over look and use a different vancum for rooms that do not allow pets in them. The bathroom toilet would run after you flush it.
