Our television did not work. My husband informed the front desk. Her response was we can't give you another room all rooms are being occupied. However, we will have a repair guy come by tomorrow to repair or replace the TV. That never happened. We wanted the front desk to be aware of the TV isssue so we didn't get charge for another customer mishap. It would have been very nice if the lady at the front desk kept her word and had a repair guy take a look at the TV.

Ashtray with a door The staff at the front desk was great and very accommodating, especially Diana. The room was musty and smelled like an ashtray. The room had no ice trays or ice maker, but the front desk provided trays, when I went down for some sort of air freshener.

Although they said they are a "Non Smoking" Facility, our room reeked of cigarette smoke. Our bed had only ONE pillow and the desk said they did not have any "spare" pillows. The carpet in the room was very dirty. Overall...I will not stay here again and discourage others.
