My room was clean but I was awoken twice during the night by people banging on doors down the hall.

Staff was great
Broken down elevator We’ve stayed at other Extended Stays before and it’s a decent hotel for what it is. My only issue is that when we arrived for our stay the elevator was down. It had apparently been down for awhile and we could’ve been notified before we booked the room. We were traveling with my disabled mother in law and ended up having to carry her to the 2nd floor. If we would’ve been made aware of the elevator issue we would’ve booked somewhere else.

Overnight stay in Waco We cashed in our points from Hotels.com for the stay. Gigi, the desk clerk was very welcoming and helpful in getting us checked in. She even went above and beyond to get us a replacement table lamp in our room as the first one was not working. The only criticism I have is that the “breakfast” was a granola bar or muffin with coffee on a grab and go table in the lobby. This was disappointing compared to similar motels that provide cereal, milk and juice in addition to coffee and baked goods.
