Horrible horrible Worst experience of my life. Called and told the receptionist we were running late to check-in. She assured us it was ok and would see us when we arrived. Got to the hotel at 1:30am with our 5 year old and the receptionist told us they had our reservation but didn’t have any rooms. Did absolutely nothing to help up and left us stranded in the middle of the night with a young child. I reserved two bed in a single room. First assigned room had cigarette smell. Changed to single room single bed. I had to share the bed with a friend. The property is not clean and looks like they don't have any maintenance. They are under staff. Hallway had a unbearable trash smell it was a pain every time to get in get out of the room.

Had my room booked for over 2 months and called 2 days before I was to check in. Everything was good to go according to the front desk. When I got there to check in, they had given my room away.

This was a terrible terrible experience. First upon arrival we learned that the elevator was broken and there were no openings on the first floor. This was not terrible. However when we entered the 2nd floor where we stayed the smell was TERRIBLE. It reeked and it was no different in the room! In addition, i went to shower and the entire bottom of the bath tub was cracked and it felt like a piece of tape was just covering holes in the tub because it was squishy. My room was not ready at check in. The elevator was out of order and my room was on the third floor. Also there was no creamer for coffee. Total awful hotel experience!

Its was nothing’s like the pictures it show online I ask for two rooms with queen side bed and they gave me double bed and it show swimming pool and theirs was none and it’s also show free breakfast and of course no breakfast so I paid a lot for this hotel never again

Hotmess Upon calling to the hotel they had no room available and we couldn’t check in early we explained that it was for the festival and we had a 3 hr wait for our next event and it was extremely hot and she said well you’ll have to wait til 3 and our event started at 2 and the elevator was broke and we had to climb up to the 3 rd floor I have a bad back and knees and the refrigerator was leaking in the floor Alan’s we didn’t have any tissue in the restroom we called down and they stated we could come down and get some horr... read more

When I got to the hotel they did not have a room for me. I booked online and Expedia handled it. Lady at hotel said I should always call directly to them because they have no way to reach me and tell me even though I had a reservation there was no room for me since I went through a booking agent.
