Cobwebs on light fixtures in room Smellled like smoke

It was supposed to be a nonsmoking room but it smelled of cigarettes smoke. Also this hotel has no ice machine only ice trays

The only problem I found are there terrible beds/mattresses and pillows. I did not get much rest and woke up with a sore back and neck.

They did not have our room for us and did not help us find somewhere else to stay. They claimed check in ended at 6 when the website said midnight. The man working the front seemed to have no idea what was going on.

Not going to stay here again The hotel smelled strange, a bit musty. This smell was more intense in the hallway as opposed to the room but it was still present. There was no ceiling fan in the room so it was very stifling except for when the AC blew cold air. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows thin. I typically book some Marriot hotel brand but was trying to be a bit more thrifty because this was only a one night stay but totally regret it. Won't stay here again or at this chain.

The staff that checked me in was awesome. When I walked in my room I was pleasantly pleased. But, it went downhill from there. I noticed there was no hair conditioner, just shampoo. I asked a cleaning lady who I saw in the hall. She informs me they supply shampoo, but not conditioner. It was too late to go driving around looking for conditioner and I had to be up early. The next morning after my shower I realized there was no blow dryer. Call front desk and she says none are available. My hair was such a mess the whole day. ... read more

I booked a room with 2 beds and only got one. No options were given. Said deal with Expedia.
