The rooms are intended for "extended stay" means bring your own stuff. No ice machine, they did have ice trays in the freezer. Several light bulbs were out, the electrical outlet was on the other side of the bed from the night stand which is in between the two beds.

Went in there were NO rooms available. Stood on line for 45 min in a hot lobby. Bad bad bad experience. I feel sorry for the front desk person. She didn’t have control Over any of the available rooms.

One of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at!! Staff is terribly rude and the room was disgusting. Stains on the floors, curtains falling off the wall, shower head held on by a hose clamp. Was not given room that we booked and paid for. It was a busy weekend due to college family weekend so we had no option to book at another hotel.

This property was the WORST! Did NOT have the kitchen supplies as stated on the website, clean towels not always available, reeked of smoke, cockroaches and bugs in our room. Staff was zero interested in helping with anything. A miserable trip!!

Dissatisfied and Disgusted The room smelled like stake smoke, even though it was a nonsmoking room, to the point of being hard to sleep. There was no closet to hang your clothes to keep them from getting wrinkled. The "closet" was a corner of the room with a curtain, similar to a changing room at a doctor's office, no rod and no hangers. The hair dryer was missing. I booked a room with 2 double beds as we were traveling as a family of 4. However upon entering the room, there was only 1 bed. I went back to the front desk , only to be told that the hotel is full and you booked through a third party hence they can’t guarantee the type of room you chose at the time of booking.
