Good location bad hotel. The staff contacted me 5 times for clarification of our reservation when the only change we made was adding 1 additional night. The room wasn't clean at all. We didn't have sufficient supplies. The desk clerks were not at their desk and our keys only worked about half the time.

Hotel Review This hotel needs a renovation, badly. The carpet looked dirty and dated; the air conditioning unit was too loud for the room; the bathroom exhaust fan was too loud; the television stations did not correspond with what was showing on the screen; the bathroom shower wall had what looked like mold/mildew on it; the bed was uncomfortable; and the hallway walls were damaged/scratched. Not a good experience at all.

Roaches in room. Hotel did not have the room type I had reserved. Instead of a two full bedroom I was given a single queen bedroom.

Horrible It was a very bad experience. The room was nasty and dirty... I will never stay at another extended stay!!!!

Dirty Rooms with used sheets and covers My husband and I reserved seven rooms for my friends and family attending my daughter"s graduation. we all could not have good sleep because the rooms and the hall way smelt terribly damp and the beds smelt of body odors. I thank God no one had bed bug bite. I told the lady at the front desk and she said that there is nothing she can do about the smelling rooms.

Horrible One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. We had 2 rooms and after 1 night the other couple left and found another hotel. We sucked up the loss and paid for a different hotel. Do not stay there. It is filthy.

Calling all Smokers - Stinky Smoke Smelling Hotel If you are not a smoker do not stay in this hotel especially the 3rd floor - yuck!

I would not ever stay at this hotel chane again I was there four days and three nights and no one cleaned my room or left clean towels,there was nothing for breakfast but an apple and a granola bar with coffee that tast like mud.there was no one at the front desk after 9 pm and they want even give a wake up call, again i wouln't stay there if the room was free ; for what you get the price is way to high,I payed for a king room and got a queen
