It was ok, if you're doing a short stay. There was no warm breakfast, just muffins, cereal bars and coffee. The staff was very helpful. The property was a bit dated. No extras like soap was provided, so bring your own. Excellent location to catch the free Dash bus to the Metrorail station.
Waited 10 minutes for someone to arrive at the desk to check us in. Then couldn’t find our reservation until I gave him the confirmation number. But later he was prompt to bring us extra pillows. Mattress was comfortable and water pressure was great.

Disappointed. This trip was for the FT Weekend Festival. I have stayed in Alexandria, Virginia several times by now for various purposes. I was somewhat disappointed by this property. It was maintained only minimally in my observation. There were not any amenities (coffee machine, etc.) in the suite. Breakfast was also very limited.

The property wasn't bad, it just wasn't good either. I dint know if i missed the cleaning protocol, but our trash wasnt even taken out once and we were there for 3 nights. I went and asked for a pan and they didn't have one we could use. Then i asked for an additional blanket and was told it would have to be got out of storage, like it was an inconvenience. Also, the air conditioner was horrible. When it blew, it froze us but when it was off the room was stuffy.
