Good and comfortable! It was my first to stay at extended America and it was really a good experience and staff was nice especially Gm on duty miss Hodah.

Clean enough, comfortable enough. Safe enough. The hotel was safe and adequately clean. The reservation said we could check in at 3, but when we arrived at 3:45, we were told to wait 15 more minutes because the room was currently being cleaned. That seemed a bit odd. The hairdryer in the bathroom needs to be replaced. We could not use it, and they didn't have a spare. The front desk seemed understaffed. Cleanliness issues but professional/helpful staff Room and common areas were not clean. There was an old sandwich in the room fridge. "Grab n Go" breakfast was depleted by 7:30am. The air conditioning in my room was struggling. The folks at the front desk were great.

Very comfortable, and convenient The managers are obviously very frugal, which was alright with me. The room was very comfortable, and I could access any amenities I might have needed. Right on the Metro line.
