It was a business trip so the location and ammenities of the hotel were suitable for my plan.

The staff was courteous but the bathroom especially was not as clean as it should have been. Although there were 3 of us (all adults) only one key card was issued which made things inconvenient.

Why this was our last stay at Extended Stay Air conditioner in room had to be replaced. Refrigerator was missing all of its shelves. Window screens (both windows) were torn with multiple holes. Hallway not vacuumed. Outside littered with pop/ beer cans. Cigarette butts and broken glass in parking lot. Staff was very pleasant.

Customer service was mediocre and room was clean. Common areas were very disappointing and thilthy.

Ruiz-Sanchez Everything good. Need to do better job cleaning cans, cigarettes butts, and trash plus need signs for those with dogs to pickup after their dogs.

Lors de la réservation, il était mentionné qu’il y avait le déjeuner d’inclus, alors que c’est faux. Le bain était noir. Pas de mouchoirs. Cuisinette dans la chambre mais aucun verre, tasse ou assiette.

Needs soundproofing... The person at the front desk was friendly, but was not helpful when it came to what was in the area. She did not know anything that was around. Also was in the room for about 15-20 minutes after dinner when we received a call from the front desk stating that there were multiple complaints made against us for noise. All we did was walk around the room. We were made to feel that all we were able to do was lay on our beds and not watch tv so that we were quiet the rest of the night.
