No carpet and no odour. The staff is kind. The distance to DC not too far.

Convient to I95. Large room and large bathroom. Good for one night stay. Doors slamming by other residents excessive otherwise quiet. Just what we needed before going to airport.

Decent place for it's purpose The room was decent, just what was needed. The staff were excellent though, always helpful and ready.

Decent place for the money Okay place for the price. Decently comfortable. Not really close to anything so probably less good if you don't have a vehicle (and aren't keen on walking), but fine and convenient if you do a vehicle. The kitchens are serviceable, beds reasonably comfortable, and the staff is helpful.
