Cleanliness issues but professional/helpful staff Room and common areas were not clean. There was an old sandwich in the room fridge. "Grab n Go" breakfast was depleted by 7:30am. The air conditioning in my room was struggling. The folks at the front desk were great.

Very comfortable, and convenient The managers are obviously very frugal, which was alright with me. The room was very comfortable, and I could access any amenities I might have needed. Right on the Metro line.

Located close to Cook Lake Park and a Water Park. The area is safe, quiet and access to the Metro is virtually in front your door. Their offered breakfast is not worth the effort of getting out the bed. Better to purchase groceries and sell prepare if able. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Room and hallways could have been cleaner. Elevator dirty. Hallways needed vacuuming. Staff were satisfactory, but not overly hospitable/friendly/welcoming.

There is no basic hotel amenity in the room. I need to ask for a coffee maker, and there is no cups.
