Smelled awful! The room smelled like old Indian food and body odor. The air wasn't on when I checked in, which made it even worse. There were ants on the A/C unit and on the desk next to my bed. Also, the receptionist was sleeping in the lobby at 6:00am when I wanted to check out so I just left my key on the desk and left. Not a good experience. I would not recommend it.
Rude Service when I arrived at the hotel, the front desk guy that came out was very rude. I told him I needed to check in and he replied he was booked. I told him I had a reservation. He told me they were sold out, turned his back walked away towards an office door & closed it behind him. I was astonished by what just happened. Don't waste your money. This is not a hotel! Do not expect your room cleaned, except when you leave. For a suite, do not expect dishes, plates, glasses, silverware, etc. You will not get it. Your room is large, empty and void of amenities. Would have been better to stay at Motel 8.

We don't recommend The hotel location was great. Unfortunately the hotel itself was lackluster. The room smelled horrendous (like cat urine or after a frat has a party on carpeting that has never been changed) and a majority of the towels were dirty. We did not call for them to send more towels because we wanted to just get out versus prolong our visit. Not a good experience Some how I ended up in smoking not by choice but by mistake, front desk could not change it because no rooms available to change. No big deal all I wanted to was sleep before my overnight project at work. Room was very smelly dirty, smoke and sweat. The blankets were smell like if they did not change them from the previous smoker guest. I don't smoke my hair and clothes ended up smelling just like if I was the one smoking.

Visiting family Had to wait for service for quite a while when we got there, but he was pleasant. Bathroom was dirty. I used a cloth and towel to wash scum off of vanity and there was garbage on lower shelf that apparently missed garbage can but wasn't detected during "cleaning". Dirty and bad service. Don't bother staying here. Horrible wifi. You have to pay extra for fast wifi. Bedding and bathroom were dirty and I'm not a picky person. No room service or garbage pickup for stays less that 8 days. You have to get towels at the front desk and hope they are clean.

Horrible We ask for non smoking rooms and we were put in a room that smelled like cigarettes and weed. We got a new room but the hallway smelled like cigarettes and weed and we couldn't even walk through the hallway without coughing...never going there again.

Disappointed Family living next to me with unruly children and wifi was terrible. Slow and picked up a virus.
