Very nice with one exception. These were nicer accommodations than I expected (cleaner, newer) and the room had a kitchenette. The staff was great and friendly. My one complaint is that the wi-fi was unacceptably slow even though I paid to "upgrade" the service. Except for that, I was quite satisfied but given that business travelers need to upload/download/print the management should consider a computer for customer use with a decent broadband connection.

Good for price Good hotel for the price. Friendly and helpful staff. Found a few long hairs in the bed, on the pillows, and the shower had hairs in it. Could use a better cleaning. Breakfast was also very boring, only pre packages muffins, granola bars, and coffee. Otherwise a good choice.

Convenient to airport, shopping and attractions Comfortable bed, clean room. Desk clerk (Lori) was courteous and helpful in replacing a faulty iron and resupplying coffee for the room. Wish the room service could be done daily, at least getting the trash out and resupplying coffee. Quiet and comfortable, good bang for the buck.

1st Timer This was my first experience with Extended Stay America. The Chantilly location seemed to be relatively new. Room was excellently furnished, very clean. I will definitely stay here again and longer.
