Convenient to airport Asked for a nonsmoking room, which was confirmed at check in but, when we got in the room, it smelled like cigarettes. Too exhausted to go back down and ask for another room but severely disappointed.

Dulles SOUTH. It was a great area to be in. Very close where I had to go to. In then event that I will be returning I will be going there.

Comfortable, Quiet room with great service I accidently booked a smoking room. Hotels.com customer service was not able to help me. They were not able to charge my card for the room change. However the Haider at the front desk of the hotel was great. He changed my room at no extra charge. The hotel is good if you are on a budget in that area. The hotel is only 10 minutes from the Air and Space Museum.

Refrigerator compressor made noise all night, TV worked poorly, kitchen counter lunate was coming off

Good for the price, near Dulles Airport Very helpful staff--I left a credit card behind and they tracked me down right away. In-room coffee making would be nice, but coffee was provided down in the lobby in the morning. I was there for only one night; if you really are there for an "extended stay" grocery stores are very close and the hotel provides a set of basic kitchen equipment (plates, cutlery, saucepans) if needed.

Very happy with my stay Everything was great. Quick no fuss check in, helpful friendly staff, decent free WiFi, and great amenities in the room (full kitchen).
