disappointed Was very disappointed with this hotel. I guess you have to realize this is an extended stay and as such was very limited in amenities. Did not realize until checkout that if I wanted a coffee pot or cups or glasses that I needed to order them. Called front desk to have curtain hooked back on to rod as it came off when we tried to close the drapes. It was too high for us. weeks business Kitchens in the rooms but no glasses or silverware
overall experience was good - the staff is good however we did ask for 2 wake up calls and never received either of them causing to us to be late for a important family function.
No problems, a good stay We wanted to go to DC and Fairfax is of course already a little far away. Despite the distance it was quite expensive (Cherry Blossom time...). We booked with breakfast, but there was none. However, there was a small kitchen in our room. The room was clean and quite.
Great service, convenient location Located in the parking lot of the mall allowed us easy access to dining and the highway. There was a slight problem with our reservations, but Sara handled it and took great care of us.

Comffortable, if spartan accommodations Clean comfortable room. Due to a problem with their computer system, they did not know for sure which rooms were available, and the first room they gave me turned out to be occupied (which I learned when I opened the door). I was staying just one night, and although they do provide things like cups and glasses, you have to make a specific request for any item, there is nothing actually in the room.
AWESOME-SAUCE!!! Really enjoyed the room. Full size fridge and mini stove came in handy.
