Ok hotel Room smelled like smoke even though “smoke free room” had to spray everything with disenfecting spray room wasn’t clean enough

This hotel has the worth service at all All customer services is very rude and wired They dont respect any one the wirkers they are mostely from other countries over seas I dont recommend this hotel to any body Dont desarve even 1 star

It’s alright if you can stand the smell of smoke. The only thing I didn’t like was the smell of smoke in a non smoking room..

Breakfast was very insufficient. Just coffee and cooky. I will never mind to stay at this berand hotels.

By far the worst experience I have had. First we had to move rooms due to lots of things not working, second my own blanket “magically” disappeared from the rooms and third their customer service was horrible.

Would not recommend Everything was disappointing from check-in to check-out. I couldn’t breathe without gagging every time I set foot in the lobby because of the smell. The room was disgusting. I stayed there for two nights and house-keeping did not come even once. Apparently they only do their job if you stay here for at least 7 days but I don’t know who in their right mind would ever want to do that. Oh and the TV remote and buttons did not work so I was stuck watching a Forensic Files marathon.

Don’t bother- This hotel was terrible. It was dirty and in need of repair. There were signs of leaking on the ceiling in the shower. Carpet hadn’t been vacuumed in ages. Stains on the walls and on the comforter. The elevator was filthy and stained. If it wasn’t so late we would have gone somewhere else. Did not bother with breakfast, if they even had it. Would never go there again.
