Got transferred into 4 different rooms.. rooms had holes and tub/shower. My last room I got put in had someone's underwear left in room and someone's glove under the bed and one stuck in the chair. The fridge was leaking water

Awful experience while on vacation, avoid this!!!! I booked a room online via Hotels.com and got stuck in a smoking room for my 3 day stay, even though I'm a non-smoker and the reservation did not specify this. The glass plate in the microwave was missing, there was a cloth rag left hanging from the top of the shower pole, the remote control was missing from the room and the couple next door were noisy, they liked to slam their kitchen cabinets shut, sometimes. Awful! I will NEVER stay here again!

What, no hot water? I woke up at 6 am to go to my office and tried to take a shower. No hot water. Called the front desk and the man who answered stated he had "reset the boiler about an hour ago." He attitude was basically - tough luck, that's all I can do and deal with it.

Don't stay here This was awful. They don't trust you at all. All doors locked...even the door to the snack machine. Kitchenette--every cupboard, drawer and surface empty. Not even a coffee pot or a turn plate in the microwave. If you want anything to cook with, you have to go downstairs and ask the surly desk attendant, who will roll his eyes about having to get up and help you. A clean bed A clean bed is the best thing I can say about this hotel. Otherwise, nothing worked as it should. WiFi was out, TV had no remote nor manual controls, shower head was broken, half of the outlets had no electricity for charging devices. Breakfast in the lobby was black coffee (no sweetners nor creamers) and instant oatmeal with hot water. No coffee in room. The area restaurants were nice, but if you need to be in D.C. or Arlington, this is much further out than is realistic. Not recommended.

Desperately in need of maintenance and updates The elevator didn't work, the lobby staff was frequently not at the front desk, there was no maid service and the stairwells were filthy. The owners need to spend the money to update the interior, fix the elevator and drastically clean the inside of the building. Bottled water from the vending machine cost $2.20. "Free breakfast" was coffee and packaged muffins. I would not stay at this property again.
