BEER CAN IN ROOMS BEER CAN IN ROOM- I have booked this hotel for over 5 year. It's close to the business location we need to go to. This week when we checked in, there was a beer can on the window sill. When in the elevator to go to the office to report it, another couple was headed to the office for the same reason Seems a little party going on in these rooms.
Filthy and smelly room. Dirty lobby. Bathroom smelled like pee. Sheets looked dirty
Worst hotel I have ever stayed in No AC in room. TV would not work. New remote was delivered. still did not work. carpet was sticky? how that happened, I have no idea. YUCK..
Smelly I was disappointed to have to stay in a hotel with smokers around. At the entrance door, there was always a cloud of smoke there. It was terrible for my allergies and asthma. The carpet in the room didn't smell fresh at all like the one in the hallways.
Bad staff! Smelly rooms! We ended up leaving 3 minutes after we got to the room because it smelled really bad and we requested from the front desk to be moved to another room but they refused saying they don't have any other room. Which is a lie because they were available online and their parking lot was completely empty! I don't recommend this place at all.
The hotel was conveniently located, however that was the best part. The hotel staff were professional and nice. The hotel itself was not clean and was not well maintained. The hotel Melted bad and the room smelled bad. For an Extended stau there was not coffee pot and only one small hotel Sized shampoo. It may seem Petty buy I have all over Notthern Borginoa and this is by far the worst hotel For the price. Sorry, not sorry. Please clean the hotel .

Not for Me This was not what I expected. Pictures should be updated to show the current view of the rooms. Location was close to my event and the mall but other than that, the rooms were not the clean and because we were staying for one night we felt might as well stay. Bathroom was not cleaned up to par. Hair was in the sink, tub and I shared this was the front desk person at check out. I was notified the day before my stay that they didn't have the rooms I wanted, then I was given to rooms for more than the one room. Decid... read more
