Old needs updated Poor beds and pillows No daily service

I received a non-smoking room. Once I entered the room, it was clear that someone has smoked in the room before. The room had a strong cigarette smell.

Lack of Communication It was not stated that the hotel would not accept cash. I had to spend an additional two hours looking for another hotel that had comparable rates. Unsuccessfully I ended up paying forty dollars more per night.

Basic low end acommodations Room came with bed and bathroom. Room lacked any essentials like kitchen equipment, utensils, etc. Those items were optional. Had to go to front desk and get. Bath towels were small and had to be exchanged at front desk for new clean ones. Staff ranged from competent and helpful to useless....

Never Again There were no utensils, coffee maker, shampoo or conditioner. There were bugs, the outside was dirty, beer bottles left on the sidewalks. No toilet paper in the room and the room smelled like tea. I will never stay at an Extended Stay again.

This place is terrible. My stay started off with terrible hotel customer service. I called to request a late check in due to delayed flights. At that time I was told I was booked in a smoking room. Who knew smoking rooms existed in Virginia? I told them that due to asthma issues, I’d need a non-smoking room. The front desk rep refused to look for a new room and eventually hung up on me. inadequate service I stayed for 12 days and the hotel only provide 1 room service.Have to ask extra towels, soap .etc..... every few days

Worst customer service in a nice hotel I took 4 hours to get the Wifi connection instructions Called twice first time was a short rude answer I don't know asked if someone else knew she said no one is here and hang up the phone Second time when i said finally she put me on hold to get me the info she comes back to tell me I'm busy i have to check in a guest that walked in I'm like I'm a guest too she said I'm busy multiple times and hang up the phone I called customer service who called her and told me to go to her i go ther... read more

Rude Front desk person was very rude on the phone. She answered the phone “hullo?” She was yelling to someone while on the phone with me.
