Initially, my first room smelt like smoke. I tried to deal with it; but after about an hour ... I had to request another room due to the smell. The front desk clerk was helpful & after another hour, I was able to switch rooms. My new room smelt much better. I did notice it wasn’t very clean. (ex: I stepped in a greasy, Vaseline-like substance on the bathroom floor, clumps of hair on the bed covers, carpet needed vacuuming.) Okay but wouldn't come back The room wasn't very clean, there was bottle tops on the floor next to the bed and the mirror was quite dirty. The check in staff were very nice The actual room is motel style, the door had a gap under so it felt a bit unsafe. Bed was okay & the sheets seemed clean.

It's super cheap. I wasn't murdered. It's a basic room with no frills. My room was pretty dated and dirty. Bed was comfortable enough. All other surfaces felt as though they had not been washed in ages.....visually dust free, but surfaces didn't feel clean.

Upon check-in, was told the WiFi didn't work and wouldn't be back online until after I'd checked out the next day. The tub did not have a stopper. Two people checking out in front of me had complaints as well: hairdryer didn't work, burned out outlet on wall.

Not the best, not the worst I picked this hotel over others because of the free parking, free wi-fi and breakfast. Wi- Fi didn’t work once we returned to our room late at night and breakfast was a few granola bars and oatmeal packets.

Bad customer service! Rude staffs there. Place dirty
