Bad hotel Front desk clerk was hard to understand. Hotel looks and feels very questionable in person. I booked For 2nights but only stayed one. Still waiting on my refund.

Horrible experience The desk clerk was rude, the hotel was not clean and when we asked for the kitchen items that were suppose to be in the room we received them dirty. Will never use the hotel brand again.

Heater doesn't work at night. So cold.. Service is poor. Room is not even clean. Bad experience. Won't book again.

More expensive than what it was worth $100 / night seems a bit much for a place that doesn't do daily room service under 5 nights' stay, where the shower water temp constantly gets warm and cold by itself, internet is very slow to completely out, and I can smell when someone smokes a cigarette nearby while inside my non-smoking room. If you're depending on the "free continental breakfast" to take care of your morning nutritional needs, be forewarned it isn't more than coffee and a granola bar or muffin.

Probably wont stay here again Lobby has inconvient hours. Rooms smelled like musty cologne.

Nice hotel vety uncomfortable bed I got this room only to get some sleep. First the room smelled like cigarettes. Then the manager called me 2 times to make sure I was ok WAKING ME UP! The bed was so uncomfortable. I have never woke up with worse back pain even if I slept on a couch! Not only that but there was a cricket in the room. Got no sleep at all which is the sole reason I got the room.

Room smelled like a like a wet ashtray, wouldn't open the door to let me check me out. Made me slide the key under the mat. Half the lights didn't work and were missing the light covers.
