Worst experience I ever had to check in. My wife and I had a family member in the hospital and we wanted to stay near by. When we arrived, the receptionist stated the electronic and phone system was down. He refused to check us in and didn’t want to do anything to help us further. It took Expedia 12+ hours to confirm a refund because they stated they needed to contact the hotel with the down phone system.

Awful Front desk clerk was VERY rude at check in. The room was not clean, no extra pillows or blankets for the sofa bed, when called front desk clerk he told me he was too busy.

Late arrival at 1am. No desk clerk on duty. Called “emergency” number by side of lobby entrance. After prolonged ringing, the phone was answered, and the individual answerung the phone said they could not be in the lobby until 1:45am. This is unacceptable under any circumstance.

Old dirty and smelly Smell like smoke all through the vents not clean just terrible will not do again

Disgusting The hotel was disgusting! My comforter had 3 cigarette burn holes, and there were bugs in my room - I think roaches. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Bugs in the room Filthy outside.blister packs of pills, plastic botttle capa, pill bugs in the room, no coffee maker, shower tub was slimy. I stayed because it was the only place close to fairfax hospital that wasnt asking 500 a night. Woulsnt stay there again EVER! Reminds me of the nasty econo lodge in wakeeney Kansas ugh

The hotel does not accept cash payment and I wanted to use the internet to do some transaction but the did not help in this and they did not provide me with the wifi
