Smoking room not indicated by Expedia- no discount Terrible hotel, needs renovation. Not clean. Not worth the money

The front desk staff gave my room to someone else within an hour of my own check in. Had I not had the door locked from the inside I would have had a stranger walk in. Then the front desk called my room asking who I was. Ridiculous. And unsafe.

Disgusting When I got to my room there was a terrible odor that never went away. Also there was a trash can underneath the sink that appeared to have vomit, trash, and spoiled food in it from who knows when. I was very disgusted and disappointed!

No vending machines, not enough blanket or pillows

The bed made my back hurt

Ill prepared and bug infested I was awoken my last night by a giant spider crawling across me, the shower curtain was too small for the shower, the room had no soap or any other standard amenities in it. It had a general filth about the whole place.

They were very rude and was not very helpful

Dirty hotel, spiders, mold! The 1st room we walked into smelled of mold. There were also spiders in almost every corner. As we looked closer we saw cob webs all over the place. When we went back they were kind enough to move to us to another room. This room was slightly cleaner, but still had a funny odor. Trying to get a refund was too much too much trouble for us so we stuck it out. Also, if you stayed there less than a week they did not provide housekeeping.
